Homemade Dark chocolates with macadamia nuts

Do you like chocolates that's smooth and creamy without being too sweet? If so, you will enjoy this easy recipe! After eating homemade chocolates, my elder daughter Trinity told me that she doesn't want to buy chocolates anymore! She says homemade ones taste better!
I strongly recommend you to get silicone chocolate moulds as it is flexible and easy to remove and wash!

Ingredients:

250g Phoon huat Bakeway 70% strong bitter chocolate drops

250g Phoon huat Bakeway 55%
dark chocolate drops

200ml cooking cream

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Macadamia nuts

1. Make a warm bath for your chocolates! Suspend your bowl of chocolates over a pot of warm water on low heat. Stir until it melts .

2. Add cooking cream and continue to stir and taste until it is creamy enough.

3. Add melted butter for additional fragrance

4. Optional: add rum or other liquor if you like!

5. Pour chocolate into silicone chocolate mould.

6. Add macadamias, as many as you like!

7. Freeze for 1 hour and enjoy! Can last in the freezer for 2 weeks. No need to defrost. Will melt in your mouth.

Tips:
Add more cream to for texture to be creamier.
All the ingredients can be purchased from
Phoon huat.
Keep chilled and use an ice pack if you are keeping it in the open . Due to our climate, it melts almost immediately.

Enjoy the yummy chocolates with your loved ones!
